Cricut 101 | Virtual Zoom OR In Studio Training

 (If you haven't created an account with Cricut, downloaded the Cricut Design Space program or explored creating in the program, then our Out of the Box Class is where you should begin. If you have and would like to learn more, then our Circut 101 Class is for you!)

• Quick Refresher - Basics of the Cricut Machine Explained and General Setup -General Walk thru of Cricut Design Space / Updating Firmware (Quick Refresher of our Out of the Box Class-we do not go into great detail)

• Quick Refresher of working with Images (Searching, Inserting, Selecting, Positioning, Resizing, Rotating, Mirroring) (Quick Refresher of our Out of the Box Class-we do not go into great detail)

• Working with Text (Adding, Text Edit Panel, Letter Spacing, Alignment, Curving, Welding, Grouping & Ungrouping & Isolating letters, Hiding layers, Attach & Detaching)

• How to use Cricut Fonts, Upload fonts from the internet and how to use single layer vs. multiple layer fonts.

Cricut 102 | Virtual Zoom OR In Studio Training

(If you haven't created an account with Cricut, downloaded the Cricut Design Space program or explored creating in the program, then our Out of the Box & 101 Class is for you. You must have some experience with the program for our 102 class!)​

You must know how to utilize the Cricut Design Space in regards to the following:  Working with adding Images, Shapes, Text into the Canvas.  (Selecting, Positioning, Resizing, Rotating, Mirroring, Text Edit Panel, Welding, Grouping, Ungrouping & Isolating letters)  If you do NOT know how to perform these functions, please review our Out of the Box or 101 Class descriptions as we move quickly into the 102 class and will ask you to reschedule if you are unable to keep up.

• Learning the Advanced Layers Panel: (Slicing, Welding, Flatten, Contour, Attach, Curve)

• Learn how to use the Pen function & how to change font's from cutting to writing. 

• Create a design with shapes, welding, slicing & text, then cut and print during class.

• Learn how to discover SVG's on the web, save and upload into Cricut Design Studio.  How to manipulate layers in SVG's.

Cricut Introduction to Vinyl | Virtual Zoom OR In Studio Training

(If you haven't created an account with Cricut, downloaded the Cricut Design Space program or explored creating in the program, then our Out of the Box & 101 Class is for you. You must have some experience with the program for our Vinyl class!)​

You must know how to utilize the Cricut Design Space in regards to the following:  Working with adding Images, Shapes, Text into the Canvas.  (Selecting, Positioning, Resizing, Rotating, Mirroring, Text Edit Panel, Welding, Grouping, Ungrouping & Isolating letters)  If you do NOT know how to perform these functions, please review our Out of the Box or 101 Class descriptions.

• Introduction to working with Vinyl, differences between HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) and Indoor/Outdoor Adhesive Vinyl, to  mirror or not to mirror?

• Step by Step Creation of Last Name Project, ability to choose your own fonts. You may also choose your own favorite saying or use your name for the project. 

• Black Vinyl & Material  (Must have at home to use during class)   

• Cutting your project on Vinyl

• Step by step instruction on how to weed your vinyl project
